This week I have participated actively in a range of learning experience around ‘Multicultural week’
I was involved in a range of learning experiences for Multicultural week. I used chopsticks and picked up jelly beans up with the chopsticks. It was really hard!
I learnt that Russia has a building that was built with wood and no nails
I enjoyed learning how to use chopsticks and picking up jellybeans
I was most fascinated by how 63 New zealand’s could fit into Russia l
A question I have is…. What is the most common animal in Russia?

Why the pigeon should not drive the bus.
The pigeon should not drive the bus because it does not have a licence to drive the bus and they don't have the experience to drive the bus and even if he wanted to drive a bus he would have to pass the test first to get his licence.The pigeon can't drive the bus because he doesn't have thumbs to actually grip onto the wheel and he doesn't know how to drive the bus.Would you let the pigeon drive the bus? I surely wouldn't because if you let the pigeon drive the bus when you come back there could be pigeon poop everywhere all through the bus-then where would you sit?!
The pigeon could drive a bus because the pigeon has dreams and his dream is to drive a bus and he should have an opportunity to drive the bus. Or you could help the pigeon make a bus that the pigeon could drive on a race track and then he could drive other pigeons around for fun and the pigeon's bus name would be the pigeon Express and he will have so much fun in the Pigeon Express.So what do you think about letting the pigeon drive the pigeon Express?

WOODEND CAMP
Woodend Camp
At Woodend camp we did: go karts,team building,climbing wall, archery, shooting, orienteering and for free time we could do volleyball,may pole,mini golf,playground,trampolines and the water slide.At camp it was so much fun.We slept in bunk room 2 it was very small .At dinner time we had nachos and then in the morning when we had breakfast we could choose between toast and cereal.My favorite activity was the go karts and my favorite free time activity was the trampolines and water slide.

Shrapnel Valley, Gallipoli
1 May 1915
I am Jack Simpson and I am in the army but I don’t fight. I
help wounded soldiers but I get sad when they die. A donkey
called Duffy helps carry the wounded soldiers. He is a strong
donkey.
Last night I started crying because my friend died. Duffy was
sad too. I cried to myself so the other soldiers wouldn’t hear
me. I am scared that I am going to get shot.
We have to sleep on our bedrolls and it is not comfy at all. We
also have to carry our backpacks. It is so hot. We have bully
beef to eat and water in our canteens.
Duffy keeps me company when I am sad. I am proud of him. I
think he needs a rest and a lot of sleep. I will take Murphy and
when Murphy is tired I will take Duffy again. I will need some
sleep too at some point. That will be a good thing because I
am so tired and it will be nice to have a rest.
I can smell the blood and sweat from the soldiers we rescued
today, and I can hear the guns firing and see fires burning on
the hillside.
This war is awful. I lost more friends than I thought. They
died faster than I thought too, some on the first day.
It has to end soon.
